About The Position

Camp Lake Hubert is seeking a Division Director to join our summer leadership team. Division Directors oversee the camper experience for specific age groups, supporting counselors and ensuring campers have a safe, positive, and meaningful summer.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to develop leadership skills while supporting campers and staff in a close-knit camp community.

Requirements

• Previous summer camp experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor and support staff
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Interest in youth development, leadership, or camp management

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor counselors within the division
• Monitor camper wellbeing and support cabin groups
• Help mediate camper or counselor conflicts when needed
• Ensure camp rules, policies, and expectations are followed
• Assist with division programming and camper communication (CLs)
• Check in regularly with staff and provide guidance throughout the summer
• Complete required administrative tasks and communicate with camp leadership
