About The Position

AtlantiCare, southeastern New Jersey’s largest health system, is seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead its expanding team as part of the system’s bold Vision 2030 transformation — dedicated to innovation, excellence, and compassionate care through partnerships with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic. Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with Vision 2030 strategic goals Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care with The Cleveland Clinic Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team with a commitment to workforce development Enjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and hospitalist team Candidates must be Currently Bord Eligible or Board Certified (BC) in ENT at the time of application. Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected Not open to new gradauates Not open to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Not open to 1099 contract or locums candidates. Not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship. Not open to providers who have just finished fellowship or are Board Eligible (BE). Certification Requirements ACLS BLS Board Certified Board Eligible Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS) DEA State License Requirements New Jersey Additional License Requirements Board Certified in ENT, BLS, ACLS, DEA, CSR/CDS, Candidates must be experienced (new graduates and lapsed certifications not accepted)
