About The Position
The Division Chief of Endocrinology at Rush University Medical Center is responsible for providing strategic, innovative, and operational leadership within the Division of Endocrinology. This role encompasses accountability for both clinical and academic performance, with a strong emphasis on mentoring faculty, trainees, and medical students. The Chief will lead a busy practice, enhance clinical productivity, and foster collaboration among a multidisciplinary team to improve existing clinical care and develop new services.
