About The Position

The position is for a Diving Coach at Plainfield Community Middle School for the 2025-2026 Winter Season. The coach will be responsible for training and developing student-athletes in diving techniques and skills. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive and competitive environment for the athletes.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience in diving or a related sport.
• Strong knowledge of diving techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience working with middle school-aged students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diving training programs.
• Provide instruction and feedback to student-athletes.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and competitions.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
• Attend all practices and competitions as scheduled.
