Responsibilities
- Make sure that the correct drums & divider belts are being used, if not inform your supervisor/lead.
- Remove any out of spec dough balls and place in designated work in process bin – if dough balls are contaminated remove and discard in dough waste bin - stop line and clear jams if /when necessary.
- If divider not working properly, stop the unit and inform shift lead immediately.
- Always keep Safety in mind – be familiar with location of all emergency stops – safety switches.
- Assist with the weighing of the dough balls when/if instructed by shift lead.
- Complies with all Company processes/standards/policies.
- Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality product.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
