Support Washington Dental Service as a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Learning Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting initiatives across the enterprise, with a specific focus on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion learning and development projects. You’ll contribute to projects that strengthen employee learning programs and community-building initiatives while developing key professional skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Skills you will gain during the internship: Practical experience supporting enterprise Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives and workplace community engagement. Experience developing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion learning content and supporting learning and development programs for employees. Exposure to applying an equity- and human-centered lens to emerging AI and technology initiatives. Building meaningful connections with colleagues, mentors, and other professionals. Engaging in workshops, training sessions, and other learning initiatives to support career development. Applying academic knowledge to address real-world workplace challenges and deliver results. Our Values are at the center of the work we do and how we interact with one another. This non-exempt internship pays an hourly rate of $28.00 and is full-time (40 hours per week). Interns are expected to work during our standard business hours, which are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Interns are typically required to work onsite at our Seattle office every Tuesday, with the option for remote work on other days based on departmental needs.
