ProSidian Seeks a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Keynote/Guest Speaker for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) Across The South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices. We seek Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Diversity, Equity And Inclusion Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

  • Provide targeted content and insights tailored to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Topic Areas.
  • Collaborate with a Speakers Bureau as part of a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Functional Area.
  • Engage audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
  • Craft and deliver tailored keynote presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity and purpose.
  • Champion an organization's mission by providing expertise, insights, or humor that drives thought, action, and cultural relevance across audiences.
  • Develop supplemental content such as Q&A guides, learning materials, or companion digital resources.
  • Support internal and external stakeholder engagement through pre-event planning and post-event integration sessions.
  • Current or previous role aligned with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities driving qualifications as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Keynote Speaker.
  • Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and public speaking experience.
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences with authenticity and impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical, professional, or lived experience in relevant subject area accepted.
  • Experience in Professional and Management Development Training initiatives.
  • Skills in public speaking, storytelling, adaptability, audience engagement, content development, and time management.
  • Competencies in cultural sensitivity, emotional intelligence, professionalism, situational awareness, innovation, and thought leadership.
