About The Position

The Diver performs underwater inspection, repair, maintenance, and construction support activities for concrete water and wastewater structures. This position works under the direction of the Dive Supervisor and supports safe, efficient completion of assigned dive projects.

Requirements

Valid commercial diving certification.
Minimum of entry-level to 1 year of commercial diving experience (water or wastewater experience preferred).
Completion and passing of all required safety training.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow direction.
Basic understanding of underwater tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
Valid driver’s license preferred
Must be able to meet physical and medical requirements for commercial diving.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial diving tasks under the direction and supervision of the Dive Supervisor
Conduct underwater inspections, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of concrete water and wastewater structures, including tanks, reservoirs, basins, and related infrastructure.
Assist with underwater concrete repair activities such as patching, sealing, crack repair, epoxy application, and coating preparation.
Properly set up, use, inspect, and maintain diving equipment and related tools.
Follow all dive plans, safety procedures, and jobsite instructions provided by the Dive Supervisor.
Accurately complete dive logs, daily work reports, and other required documentation.
Assist with mobilization and demobilization of dive equipment and materials.
Maintain housekeeping of dive truck, trailer, and jobsite as directed.
Comply with all company, OSHA, and project-specific safety requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
