2025-2026 School Year District-Wide Exam Proctors
About The Position
We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12. The district has an infrequent but regular need for exam proctors for standardized assessments, AP, ACT, and other national and regional testing. Training will be provided on an as-needed basis. There is no guarantee of a set number of hours, but this application will allow you to be cleared and placed on the district's list of approved proctors to be called on a per test basis as needed. Date Range: approval and placement on the roster of district proctors is for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. Salary: $25/hour. Benefits: No additional benefits, except those otherwise required by law (ESST/MPL). Collective Bargaining Unit: None. This a non-classified, casual position.
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited high school or have a GED or equivalent.
- Training will be provided.
- Must be able to pass a district required background check, if not otherwise employed by the district or have not been employed by the district during the past 12 months.
