About The Position

As a District Visual Manager at Cotton On, you will focus on enhancing the customer experience and delivering commercial outcomes to our stores. Your role will involve executing and actioning the Visual Merchandising strategy that protects the brand DNA, ensuring it is reflected throughout product and VM offers in stores. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering our DNA across different in-store channels and store designs, with the core purpose of maximizing customer experience and demonstrating a return on investment to sales.

Requirements

• Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Proven ability to create a concept and communicate it to a team.
• Proven ability to build an excellent store experience translating into commercial results.
• Demonstrate an understanding of our target customer.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand different customer types in different regions.
• Experience in a direct retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Home base must be located in Orlando, FL.
