About The Position
The position involves performing technical support including, but not limited to, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software applications, peripherals, and audiovisual equipment. The role requires assisting with troubleshooting networking equipment, cyber, and security systems. The technician will respond to work order requests by diagnosing and repairing audiovisual and computer hardware/software issues, working closely with campus personnel and other technical staff. Technical support will be offered on-site, via phone, or email.
