• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of solutions to drive growth and improve performance.
• Implement solutions and lead the team to achieve specified goals.
• Adapt to changes in the community healthcare setting and adjust plans accordingly.
