Evaluates each assigned restaurant to determine action plans that will engage the Restaurant Manager and its staff in continuous improvement efforts through pre-determined metrics. Conducts visits to assigned restaurants to perform in-restaurant evaluations which include the review of financial and profit indicators to identify and target key areas for improvement. Provides comprehensive coaching to drive improved and sustainable business results. Works with Restaurant Managers to develop strategies and action plans by sharing demonstrated best practices, sales building tactics, and focusing. Responsible for performing in-restaurant evaluations Manage each restaurant’s P&L to optimize manageable profit, labor and controllables. Responsible for identifying and targeting key areas of improvement. Focuses on evaluating each assigned restaurant to determine action plans. Accountability Manage the operation of each assigned restaurant through the development and growth of staff, sales and profitability to meet goals established in each location’s business plan. Ensures each restaurant is in accordance with established company standards, policies and procedures. Ensures all stores follow all state/federal guidelines, i.e. Health Department, etc. Assists in the success of each restaurant by ensuring guest satisfaction through adhering to company standards for quality, value, service and cleanliness. Maintain a positive working relationship with each restaurant to foster and promote a cooperative and pleasant working climate, which will be conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity and efficiency.
