About The Position
Hillsborough Transit Authority (HART) is seeking a creative, highly motivated individual to serve as District Supervisor of Operations Control Center (OCC) and Road Supervision. This position will provide leadership and oversight for Bus, Paratransit and Streetcar Operations by managing and directing the activities performed by employees working as OCC Controllers and Road Supervisors as well as HART operators. The District Supervisor of OCC and Road Supervision will work closely with Bus, Streetcar and Paratransit leadership to develop processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) necessary for safe and successful daily service delivery. This position will also administer the creation of shifts and the assignment of overtime when required, create and modify training programs, adhere to budgetary goals, complete payroll, implement progressive discipline consistent with effective Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and disseminate information affecting Operations to HART senior leadership.
