About The Position

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with vehicle insurance.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead teams to accomplish common goals.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to unique situations.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to travel to field offices, jobsites, and The Home Depot stores.

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in a production environment and supervisory role.
  • Experience managing multiple locations.
  • Background in floor covering and/or understanding of construction.
  • Previous experience in residential construction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production in assigned district offices, including backlogs, aging reports, and KPIs.
  • Ensure timely dispatching and results from district offices.
  • Perform ongoing recruitment for operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate pad and warehouse inventory.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop the team with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Assign duties and recurring tasks to ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices.
  • Optimize scheduling capacity for district offices.
  • Build and sustain relationships with The Home Depot associates and DSM.
  • Ensure regular visits to local Home Depot stores by Operations Managers to establish relationships.
  • Respond immediately to expedited care tickets and work with teams for resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to SOP across the district.
