District Sales Supervisor - South Miami / Key West The District Sales Supervisor is responsible for building brand loyalty and brand value while achieving sales objectives for a district within an established expense budget. Assign field sales persons within assigned area is to maximize selling opportunities to meet annual sales objectives. Identifies and evaluates new or emerging trends in competitive activity, and trains, motivates and evaluates field sales persons. This position is located in Miami and supports customer stores from South Miami through Key West and the surrounding areas. Travel to the Florida Keys area 25% of time. Will directly manage a team of +7 employees. This position will be working Monday to Friday with additional support on weekends/holidays if needed.
