Sika is looking for an experienced District Sales Manager to join it's growing team in the Chicago, Illinois area for our Roofing business. The District Sales Manger will play a key role in: Positioning Sika as a company that provides quality products and service Supporting the activities of the Regional Manager as required Communicate and supervise within the District Regional sales strategies, goals, objectives and plans to meet District budgets, discount pricing and gross margin objectives Support the activities of the Regional Manager as required Maintain manufacturer representatives to accomplish District sales goals and objectives Manage, mentor and coach direct sales people within the District to accomplish sales goals and objectives
