The District Sales Manager (DSM) serves as the primary liaison with existing accounts in their assigned territory. This individual is responsible for aggressively identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new opportunities in the assigned areas and fostering those new accounts as well as existing customer relationships. The DSM will be managing accounts, prepare proposals, and utilize corporate tools to meet and exceed sales objectives. Ongoing communication with the sales team on account development, action plans and results is an integral part of the position.
