The District Sales Manager is a driven leader responsible for overseeing and enhancing sales and profitability within a district comprising 4 to 8 stores and 12 to 36 team members. This role involves managing, influencing, and supporting all store-based personnel to achieve company goals and objectives. The manager will lead, mentor, coach, recruit, and train Wireless Sales Representatives and Store Managers, ensuring they meet Key Performance Indicators. Additionally, the role requires promoting stores, building customer awareness in the local market, and maintaining strong relationships with Verizon personnel while staying knowledgeable about Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless products and services.
