This role involves overseeing a group of Territory Managers (TMs) in the selling of the Company's products and services. The District Sales Manager will direct TMs in closing opportunities, penetrating existing accounts, and acquiring and developing new accounts within a specified district. A key aspect of the position is providing coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs to achieve profitable sales and case growth objectives. The manager is also responsible for leading TMs to meet Division sales, penetration, and churn reduction objectives, and for researching, developing, and maintaining sales plans. The role includes managing the annual street sales operating plan and budget, leveraging internal resources to grow account penetration, and coordinating sales and marketing efforts.
