About The Position

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships. This position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to develop and implement effective sales/supply strategies that align with our business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring supply accounts align with sales demand, and maximizing sales revenue. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our sales organization and optimize sales territories. Ultimately, this role is crucial for establishing our brand presence in the market and achieving sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a formal and conversational English and bilingual with Spanish a plus

  • Must have a valid driver's license, and ability to rent a vehicle for travel.
