Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports or channel partners.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in industrial automation, manufacturing technology, or capital equipment sales is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire teams, coach for performance, and lead through change.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong planning, forecasting, and analytical skills with a track record of executing complex sales strategies.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Industry Knowledge: Background in industrial automation, manufacturing technology, or capital equipment sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Lead district-level sales strategy and execution to expand market share and exceed revenue goals.
  • Coach and Develop Talent: Mentor Territory Managers and channel partners, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead Multi-Channel Sales: Align and enable direct sales, manufacturer reps, and distributors to deliver consistent, customer-focused results.
  • Engage with Key Customers: Personally influence high-value deals and strategic accounts to accelerate growth and deepen relationships.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Vertical Industry teams to align on go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
