About The Position

Requirements

Engineering Degree or equivalent (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Process).
10 years of HVAC or large equipment sales experience.
3-5 yearsâ experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Refrigeration industry.
Technical knowledge of industrial compression and refrigeration systems.
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Experience managing CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
Proactive team player with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
Background in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas is recommended.

Responsibilities

Provide distinctive sales strategies and support for process cooling system designs tailored to customer needs.
Drive quarterly 'Must Win' sales opportunities to achieve business objectives.
Focus on primary industries such as Oil & Gas and Petrochemical.
Perform preliminary design of refrigeration systems and prepare project proposals.
Develop business in alignment with company sustainability and quality growth objectives.
Execute initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and desired business results.
Maintain and grow existing customer base while developing new relationships.
Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate closely with other departments to achieve company performance targets.
