The District Sales Manager (DSM) provides direction and leadership to a group of assigned Yankee Candle stores and is responsible to drive district sales and profitability plans to meet or exceed sales revenue to budget. They will be able to lead by example as a "Sales Leader" by teaching and demonstrating Yankee Candle standards.
