In this vital role you will lead area geography and team of Specialty Account Managers (SAMs) to ensure market penetration. You will analyze and understand market dynamics and data, set related strategic action plans, and ensure excellence in execution to achieve sales goals within the Endocrinology space. You will provide a clear, compelling sales purpose both clinically and business-wise for the team members, ensuring effective use of resources, including territory management tools/data and marketing tools. You will build business strategy in line with corporate goals, manage administrative duties, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will also develop internal and external customer relationships to drive Amgen's business objectives and maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all customers and coworkers.
