About The Position

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November. The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions. Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
  • Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations for an average of 3 stores.
  • Manage sales, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations.
  • Control expenses and manage shrinkage.
  • Handle the construction and opening of assigned Spirit stores.
  • Supervise the closing and tear down of stores.
