About The Position
A-Max Auto Insurance is looking for an energetic, goal driven District Sales Manager to join our team. The District Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring all required tasks for all locations are carried out by all employees in his/her designated zone. District Sales Manager is responsible for additional tasks delegated by and reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a zone. The District Sales Manager will manage staff members in addressing employee concerns by setting target metrics, giving performance evaluations, and providing staff members with training opportunities and guidance. Further, the District Sales Manager also deals with any escalated customer service issues that may arise and performs several human resource functions such as screening applicants and hiring new team members. Applicants MUST reside in the San Diego area.
