As a Manager District Sales for IgG4-RD, you will lead a team of Specialty Account Managers to ensure market penetration by analyzing market dynamics and data, setting strategic action plans, and ensuring excellence in execution to achieve sales goals. You will provide a clear sales purpose for your team, manage resources effectively, and build business strategies aligned with corporate goals. Your role will also involve training team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and fostering a productive work environment. You will develop customer relationships to drive business objectives and represent the organization at trade shows.

  • Lead a team of Specialty Account Managers in the IgG4-RD space.
  • Analyze market dynamics and data to set strategic action plans.
  • Ensure effective use of resources including territory management tools and marketing tools.
  • Build business strategy in line with corporate and therapeutic area goals.
  • Manage administrative duties and operational expenses.
  • Ensure team compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Train team members to maximize business potential.
  • Achieve organizational sales goals and relevant KPIs.
  • Create a productive work environment based on trust and respect.
  • Develop internal and external customer relationships.
  • Educate self and team on IgG4-RD market issues and trends.
  • Conduct weekly ride-alongs with team members for coaching.
  • Represent the organization at local, regional, and national trade shows.
  • Doctorate degree AND 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience OR Master's degree AND 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience OR Bachelor's degree AND 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
  • 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 4+ years sales management or 8+ years pharma/account management experience in rare disease.
  • Sales experience in biologics, infusion, and/or rare/specialty products.
  • Rare Disease experience.
  • Buy-and-bill experience.
  • Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks.
