About The Position
The candidate ideally will live in the greater Green Bay, Wisconsin area and service that area and surrounding territories. A company car will be provided. The position involves recruiting, training, and guiding assigned Agents in matters of sales, underwriting, profitability, agency management, and related matters. The candidate will serve as a company representative in maintaining favorable Policyholder relationships and will interact with, support, coach, and motivate Agents.
