Position Overview: As a District Retail Manager, you will partner closely with Polaris dealers to strengthen relationships, enhance retail performance, and support a leading customer experience across the Houston / East Texas District. You will work with dealers and internal stakeholders to drive retail growth, improve dealer network effectiveness, and represent Polaris as a trusted advisor in the field. In this role, you will use data, insights, and influence to help dealers meet consumer needs across the shopping, buying, and ownership journey. You will excel if you enjoy building partnerships, solving problems, and guiding dealers toward strategies that improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
