About The Position
The District Recruiter at Farmers Insurance is responsible for attracting and engaging potential candidates for various job openings within the organization. This role focuses on building relationships with candidates, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of joining the Farmers Insurance team. The recruiter will also play a key role in identifying future agency owners and supporting the growth of the agency network in the Denver metro area.
