We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a District Porter in the Orlando, FL area. Requirements
- Technology: A smartphone with an active data plan (for route communication and task verification).
- Driving - must have at least 5 years of clean driving experience to be eligible for a company truck.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in varying weather conditions without assistance.
- Professionalism: Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service with integrity

Responsibilities
- Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout different assigned apartment communities throughout the night.
- Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using your open-bed pickup truck.
- Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas.
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents.
- Change dog station and common area waste bags.
