Job Summary: The District Personal Training Manager is responsible for driving the overall sales performance, team development, and operational excellence of the Personal Training departments across multiple locations. This leader will oversee the recruitment, training, and coaching of personal training teams to exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional member experiences. With a strong focus on accountability, sales strategy, and leadership development, this role plays a critical part in fueling company growth and promoting a high-performance culture throughout the district.
