About The Position
UDR, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL! This position will have a portfolio of 6 sites with a total unit count of #2,003 units. The District Manager is responsible for operations of a portfolio of communities, ensuring optimum operational and financial performance, including personnel, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancing, and other capital improvements. This role monitors budgets, ensures efficiency of the community, and sustains mechanical and cosmetic maintenance and preservation/renovation of the community. The District Manager is the first level in development for the Regional Manager role.
