About The Position

The District Manager at Alsco Uniforms is responsible for managing a district of routes to meet or exceed service goals. This role involves overseeing customer service, team development, and operational efficiency within the district. The District Manager reports to the Service Manager and may also manage a service center if it has more than seven routes, in which case they are classified as a Senior District Manager.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of products and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team through continual training and regular meetings.
  • Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding customer service through customer visits and problem-solving.
  • Manage retention and growth by motivating the district to solicit new customers and ensure a profitable product mix.
  • Communicate changes and policies effectively and oversee route organization.
  • Complete general route responsibilities when necessary, including safely operating a delivery vehicle.
