Currently operating 15 studios across 6 markets, Peachy is executing a disciplined roadmap to expand. We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded District Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving performance across multiple Peachy studios, owning the intersection of provider operations, clinical quality, team leadership, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of multi-site leadership experience, particularly in healthcare or service-based environments, and preferably within high-growth, multi-unit, or startup organizations. This position is on-site in NYC. This role is designed for someone eager to own a region like a business, lead high-performing teams, and scale operations without compromising quality or culture.
