Requirements

  • Medical Operations Management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably with a multi-site organization
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Effectively and professionally interact with executive and external shareholders
  • Must be highly professional in appearance, tone, and delivery and an effective communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Dedicated to follow-through and results
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Flexibility as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities
  • The ability to interact with, support, and positively influence the behavior and activities of referring physicians, superiors, and staff/co-employees
  • Must be willing to travel to all CVR Virginia locations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the day to day operations for their assigned district
  • Overall management responsibility for the staff
  • Partners with clinical directors to ensure the overall productivity and success of the district.
  • Works with the center coordinators and/or practice managers so they can succeed in their role
  • Assists with new employee onboarding (admin + nurse); training, work schedule, performance appraisals
  • Responsible for staffing, vacation requests and coverage
  • Supervises the implementation of team or companywide initiatives
  • Manages payroll and handles inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Responsible for quality, motivation, and coaching
  • Diagnosing and resolving problems within and among work groups
  • Ensures staff is following company policies and creates a safe working environment
  • Responsible for driving revenue to meet or exceed company goals for their district
  • Enforce corporate policies and procedures to assure employee compliance
  • All other duties as assigned
