The District Manager position is fundamental to client retention, which includes the association Board of Directors and/or the Developer to manage the account and facilitate solutions to operational problems within the community. This role provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure accounts are maintained and operated in accordance with KWPM standards and established community objectives. The District Manager also provides leadership to Property Managers, ensures the highest quality of customer service across all delivery systems within the division, and offers administrative support in areas of compliance, policies, and procedures.
