The District Manager is responsible for the financial and cultural success of the district and how the assigned district impacts and contributes to the overall value and strength of the team. They will lead and develop a team of General Managers (and Area Managers) who lead a portfolio of 8 company owned stores throughout the Alabama, Tennessee, and Northern Florida areas. Success in this role comes from setting and hitting goals, developing talent, and creating a culture of high performance and high fun. This role requires abilities in people planning and business strengths, in meeting sales plans and retention metrics to both produce results in existing stores and develop a talent pipeline and operational excellence to open new stores with ease. This role is uniquely positioned to drive company growth and lead into the future. To ensure success in this role, the District Manager must be in constant pursuit of delivering our Purpose and living our Values. It is imperative that the DM’s leadership celebrates, fosters, and actively cultivates Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Not only are they responsible to oversee and provide leadership to multiple store locations within the region to achieve excellence in all aspects of the business, and the District Manager will also develop creative team member engagement strategies and foster a culture of continuous internal growth and development.
