About The Position

The company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a District Manager. This role is ideal for individuals with multi-unit experience in a salon setting. The District Manager will be responsible for multitasking, collaborating with salon staff, and communicating effectively with the Regional Director. Occasional work behind the chair is required as needed. The position offers a built-in clientele, premium pricing/commission-based pay, a set schedule with no nights or weekends, and service gratuities.

Requirements

• Multi-unit experience in a salon setting
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with salon staff
• Ability to communicate with the Regional Director
• Active State License (licensed in each field of practice)
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Provide Hair/Nail services
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Compassionate and caring
