The District Manager (DM) is responsible for leading their team of Area Managers and hourly team to provide exceptional inventory service to our customers. The DM should lead their team with a commitment to outstanding people leadership, ensuring a strong and focused team. The DM is responsible in driving financial success through proper budget planning, scheduling, expense control and P&L management. The DM leads their team with passion, and integrity, while facing challenges with an optimistic attitude. The DM will work with their leader, district partners and field support partners to grow talent within their district and increase their business footprint.
