About The Position

Reporting to the Regional Director you will lead a designated Retail district, demonstrating inspirational leadership in managing a variety of stores across different models and geographies. Guide revenue productivity and EBIT by achieving or exceeding performance goals and revenue targets for a district of stores, ensuring profitability of the stores and excellence of the customer service provided. Identify business opportunities by analyzing and monitoring store performance goals to increase store revenue and profitability, coach and guide Store Managers to seize the opportunities through omnichannel plan of action Build, develop and lead by example a team of store managers, demonstrating engagement and acting as brand ambassadors ensuring the seamless customer experience is great for all consumers. Keep the customer at the core when building strategy and solutions to accomplish the desired experience. Understand company strategy and how to share and implement it across the district. Embrace change, swiftly and decisively promote new ways of working. Seek new opportunities to learn through building and cultivating an engaged, diversity and inclusive team. Build brand expression and act according to LS&Co. values and expectations. Lead your team by our values through coaching both in-store and personally, providing support to individuals and leaders. Be a role model to your team and always leading by example. Bring business perspective to people management and focus development on the types of outcomes associated with specific functions in stores Anticipate change, act on problems, and reach positive outcomes. Collaborate with essential partners and peers. Travel 70-80% (In Store) 30%-20% (Remote) Exposure to ELT, Global & Cluster Partners, Shareholders, Board Members)

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a District leadership position for a Fashion or Lifestyle retailer.
  • Experience as a District or Regional Manager is preferred
