Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Associate degree.
- 3 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management, and responsible experience in the security industry.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
- Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership and full accountability for your assigned district
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
- Manage operational performance to meet service and profitability goals
- Build efficient scheduling strategies that align with client and company objectives
- Lead successful onboarding and integration of new clients
- Develop strong client relationships and drive satisfaction initiatives
- Coach, mentor, and develop site supervisors and account managers
- Promote employee engagement and retention across your teams
- Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Helps sustain client and employee retention.
- Manage branch operations to achieve profitability.
- Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
- Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
