Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Associate degree.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management, and responsible experience in the security industry.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership and full accountability for your assigned district
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
  • Manage operational performance to meet service and profitability goals
  • Build efficient scheduling strategies that align with client and company objectives
  • Lead successful onboarding and integration of new clients
  • Develop strong client relationships and drive satisfaction initiatives
  • Coach, mentor, and develop site supervisors and account managers
  • Promote employee engagement and retention across your teams
  • Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Helps sustain client and employee retention.
  • Manage branch operations to achieve profitability.
  • Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
  • Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
