Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Associate degree.
3 or more years of experience in a field related to the security industry and/or business management, and responsible experience in the security industry.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership and full accountability for your assigned district
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
Manage operational performance to meet service and profitability goals
Build efficient scheduling strategies that align with client and company objectives
Lead successful onboarding and integration of new clients
Develop strong client relationships and drive satisfaction initiatives
Coach, mentor, and develop site supervisors and account managers
Promote employee engagement and retention across your teams
Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
Helps sustain client and employee retention.
Manage branch operations to achieve profitability.
Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
