About The Position

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is a nationwide provider of doorstep waste and recycling collection for apartment communities, servicing over 160,000 apartment units across the country with a team of over 600 employees. As a rapidly growing company, CCS offers opportunities for advancement, increased responsibilities, and additional shifts based on performance and reliability. The District Manager will oversee all end-to-end operations for doorstep trash collection in their market, including new community rollouts, building and supporting their team, visiting clients, and working in the field. This role requires a mixture of both administrative and hands-on work, demanding the individual to lead from the front daily. This position is full-time and cannot be performed in conjunction with another full-time job.

  • This job is not able to be done in conjunction with another full time job
  • Night and weekend availability required
  • Travel to neighboring markets may be required to support operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations across multiple residential properties, ensuring flawless nightly execution
  • Hire and train porters to CCS standards
  • Conduct employee audits and on-site quality checks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clients
  • Handle scheduling and ensure coverage-no missed pickups!
  • Manage employee logistics, including safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll forms
  • Respond to on-site operational issues such as equipment failures or staffing gaps
  • Maintain nightly reporting, payroll, employee documentation, and compliance
  • Assist in community onboarding, including resident orientations and equipment distribution

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000/year (bi-weekly pay)
  • Annual Bonus: $5,000 (paid quarterly)(performance based)
