This position is fundamental to client retention, including managing the association Board of Directors and/or the Developer to oversee accounts and facilitate solutions to operational problems within the community. The role involves providing management, direction, and leadership to ensure accounts are maintained and operated according to KWPM standards and established community objectives. The District Manager also leads Property Managers, ensuring high-quality customer service across all delivery systems within the division, and offers administrative support in compliance, policies, and procedures.
