Under the supervision of the Regional Vice President or Regional Asset Director, the District Manager is responsible for the direct and indirect supervision of the operations for multiple properties within the assigned portfolio. This requires on-going, successful communication with Regional Manager(s), existing and potential clients, the supervision of multiple sites and diverse personnel, fiscal oversight including income maximization and expense control, preparing and executing marketing plans, preparing budgets and monthly financial analysis, and operation of investment properties to meet our client’s real estate investment goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with Regional Vice President/Regional Manager, take directions effectively, and follow through on responsibilities as directed by Regional Vice President/Regional Manager.
• Operate each property to its highest fiscal potential in accordance with the goals and objectives of each client and CloudTen, placing fiduciary obligations at the forefront.
• Supervise site staff ensuring the training and professional development of subordinates consistent with CloudTen’s commitment to and goals of employee recognition, appreciation, and accountability.
• Prepare and implement marketing and management plans for each property within portfolio while providing input and feedback regarding promotions, advertisements, etc.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company policies, including Fair Housing regulations.
• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
• Assist in promoting CloudTen Residential.
• Ensure timely periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, etc.) from each property as required and delivery to Regional Vice President/Regional Manager prior to the submission to clients.
• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are being performed according to CloudTen Residential standards.
• Directly and indirectly supervises site staff for properties within a portfolio as well as any associated District Managers and Property Administrators.
• Working closely with the CloudTen Human Resources Team on interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
• Planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Appraising performance.
• Rewarding and disciplining employees.
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
