Your day as a District Manager As a new District Manager at Imperial Cleaning, your day-to-day expectations will involve overseeing multiple locations within the New York Metro Area. Your tasks will include conducting regular site visits, providing support and training to staff, and implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while keeping you engaged with your teams. However, you will also be on-call for emergencies as needed, requiring quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
