Manage a team of Account Managers in order to develop Sales & Profitability for a defined scope (geography based, offer based, market based)

Requirements

Master degree in Engineering, in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
7+ years of commercial experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients and internal teams.
Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

Develop and implement account management strategies to strengthen relationships with clients and enhance customer loyalty. Executes marketing plan for the district with the sales team
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their unique requirements and align them with the organization's products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' objectives and align with enterprise goals.
Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with all contractual obligations. Drive the entire sales process.
Define the appropriate strategy and actions in order to meet individual and collective sales and profit targets. Cascades objectives to each Sales Representative & performs yearly review and continuous measurement (= is a hierarchical manager)
Communicate appropriately to be seen as a company ambassador for client, prospects and stakeholders.
Manage the sales support of the area, can sign intermediate level of offer & contract and be in charge of some customers accounts
