About The Position

We’re seeking a District Manager to join our team to lead store teams, support store performance, and drive sales and operational excellence across multiple locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Manage and oversee all aspects of district operations to maximize sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple stores • Provide leadership, direction, and support to Store Managers to ensure consistent execution of company standards and initiatives • Recruit, train, develop, and coach Store Managers and store leadership teams to foster a culture of accountability and growth • Monitor store performance, analyze sales and operational metrics, and implement strategies to improve results • Ensure every customer receives a positive and consistent shopping experience across all stores in the district • Safeguard company assets and ensure proper inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures are followed • Build strong relationships within the community by supporting local engagement and partnerships across district locations • Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures • Execute operational and merchandising strategies communicated from corporate leadership and ensure consistent implementation across all stores

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop multiple teams while driving results is required
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required
  • Multi-unit retail management experience is preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly between store locations within the district is required
  • Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.)
